Technical Support Engineer - Enterprise Platforms

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join a growing international team supporting large-scale digital platforms for major enterprise customers across Europe.

This is not a traditional service desk role. You’ll investigate complex application issues using SQL, APIs, observability tools and code, taking ownership of problems through to resolution.

What you'll be doing

• Investigating technical issues across web applications, APIs and mobile platforms
• Using SQL for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Managing incidents and escalations through to resolution
• Debugging web issues using Chrome DevTools
• Using Datadog or similar observability tools
• Working closely with Engineering and Product teams
• Reading and understanding Python or other scripting languages
• Using AI tools to support investigations, scripting and automation

What we're looking for

You'll have strong experience in Technical Support, Enterprise Support, Production Support or Application Support, ideally within SaaS or complex web platforms.

You'll need strong SQL, REST API/web technology knowledge, incident management experience and exposure to monitoring/observability tools. You should also be comfortable reading code and working with Jira.

Experience supporting enterprise customers is important, while retail, grocery or e-commerce experience would be a bonus.
