Software Engineering Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead, manage, and develop the in-house development team to deliver projects and application services on time, with quality and according to SLA.
• Set the strategy and Technology Roadmap for system development, and drive the adoption of emerging technologies to improve business performance.
• Drive the use of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Automation, and Data Analytics to improve products and business processes.
• Define standards for Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, Cloud/PaaS, DevOps, CI/CD, and development best practices.
• Manage and support both in-house and vendor-developed applications to ensure system availability and business continuity.
• Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Oversee system quality, security, stability, performance, risk management, vendor governance, and continuous team development.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• 10+ years of Software/Application Development experience, with 5+ years managing 10+ in-house developers and multiple functions.
• Strong experience in .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, React, Angular, Vue.js, REST API, Microservices, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Knowledge of Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, Tencent), DevOps, CI/CD, AI/GenAI, RPA, Power BI, Tableau, and Data Analytics.
• Experience in Data Warehouse, Data Lake, ETL/ELT, Data Engineering, and Data Governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, change management, and ability to develop Technology & Data/AI Roadmaps.
