Responsibilities

  • Understanding product requirements and convert to code.
  • Resolving bugs.
  • Stay on top of the product to ensure performance and scalability.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards.
  • Understand and keep the technical documentation up-to-date.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components and third-party services.
  • System architecture and design skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in REST API development with any Python-based frameworks (Django, Django REST framework (DRF).
  • 5+ years of experience in web development with Python.
  • 5+ years of experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • 5+ years of experience with Git.
  • 5+ years of database programming experience (Postgres, SQL, ability to write complex queries); 3+ years of experience with Agile development cycle.

Good To Have

  • Contribution to any open source projects.
  • Experience or understanding of DevOps.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum.
  • API design & creation (e. g. OpenAPI).
  • Experience in Test Driven Development.
  • Experience working in a product-based company.
