Marketing Coordinator

Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience

We are hiring one person to run all of our marketing. Email campaigns, social across four platforms, listing marketing, the blog, Meta ad boosts, client reporting, and website updates.

The One Team is the number one real estate team in Connecticut in both units and volume per CTMLS. This is a newly created role; you will have clear priorities and support, but the calendar is yours to build and run.

What You'll Do

• Manage and send our recurring email campaigns each week
• Handle the full marketing workflow for new listings: social posts, YouTube uploads, Meta ad boosts, and client reports
• Create and post content daily across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business
• Write and publish a weekly blog and a monthly marketing stats recap
• Maintain and update branded templates for social media and agent announcements
• Pull and present a weekly social analytics report
• Work with agents to capture and share their content and milestones
• Keep our website agent profiles current and support general site updates
  

• At least 1 to 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts
• Comfortable with email marketing platforms and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong writing skills with the ability to match a brand voice
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Bonus: real estate experience, Canva or Adobe skills, video editing, or familiarity with BAMx, Sierra, or Maxa
  

• Day 30: running the weekly email and daily social calendar independently
• Day 60: every new listing moves through the full marketing workflow without a reminder
• Day 90: bringing us ideas we had not thought of, backed by your own numbers
  

• $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience
• Two weeks paid time off plus 8 paid holidays
