Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and eager-to-learn Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to support the Senior Marketing Lead in managing marketing activities across three sister companies. The role is based in our Sofia office on a hybrid arrangement. It centers on paid media support, marketing analytics and reporting. We work with AI tools daily and expect the same from this role.

Responsibilities

• Support paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit and display, including build, monitoring and day-to-day optimization.

• Carry out keyword research, write and maintain search ad copy, and keep ad assets organized per product.

• Track campaign performance across platforms and pull the data together into a single view.

• Organize and analyze marketing performance data, including cost, traffic and conversion metrics.

• Research search demand and market trends to inform campaign timing and messaging.

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of marketing performance reports, and present findings to internal stakeholders.

• Use AI tools across research, copy drafting, data analysis and reporting, with the judgment to check output against the source.

• Prepare marketing materials for compliance review and implement feedback.

• Keep landing pages and product pages aligned with live ad messaging.

• Assist in planning and executing A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key outcomes for follow-up.

• Create and format presentations to support marketing and business development initiatives.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for marketing campaigns.

• Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices to support team efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

• Proficiency with AI tools in daily marketing work, including writing effective prompts, using them for analysis and drafting, and verifying output against the source. Candidates should be able to give concrete examples of how they use them.

• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, ideally Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising, including keyword research and ad copy.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with campaign data, spot what is driving a change and explain it clearly.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with web and campaign analytics.

• Proven ability to write and edit clear, engaging copy for advertising and web channels.

• Solid understanding of SEO principles and how paid and organic search work together.

• Experience with A/B testing and using analytics to inform marketing decisions.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience preparing reports and presenting to internal stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the development of creative marketing strategies.

• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to take initiative in various aspects of marketing projects.

• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities while adapting to changing demands and shifting focus.
