Our Corporate Marketing Department helps each community strengthen its digital presence, generate qualified leads, and support occupancy and revenue growth through measurable marketing strategies.
About the Role
Heritage Resource Group (HRG) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing initiatives across our senior living portfolio. This full-time role focuses on lead generation, campaign performance, website management, SEO, digital advertising, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email blasts, paid media asset delivery, and landing page updates
- Manage content updates on community websites, including WordPress and Yardi
- Monitor paid advertising campaigns and work with agency and vendor partners on performance and optimization
- Maintain and optimize digital listings, including Google Business, Apple Business, Yelp, A Place for Mom, and Caring.com
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator to ensure brand consistency
- Work with the Senior Director of Marketing, Regional Directors, and Property Teams to support marketing strategies and community-specific initiatives
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Provide administrative and organizational support for marketing projects, including reporting and organizing creative assets
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in digital or campaign coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with website editing, email marketing, social media, and basic reporting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
