Core Responsibilities Include
- Create, manage, and execute marketing strategy for the Heinz portfolio of Masters Degree programs, crafting complex multi-channel marketing campaigns that ensure talented students connect with the degree that is right for them.
- Lead masters degree program content strategy, determining content needs and engaging with internal and external resources to develop and leverage that content.
- Use audience research, focus groups, market intelligence and prospective-student behavior to identify audience segments, motivations and decision drivers and translate those insights into differentiated marketing strategies for the individual programs.
- Analyze marketing and enrollment-funnel performance to identify opportunities, diagnose challenges and recommend actions that improve awareness, engagement, and inquiry.
- Establish KPIs and track progress toward those KPIs, using the data to inform decisions and pivot as necessary.
- Own the graduate degree program web presence, ensuring compelling content, strong storytelling, and alignment with SEO and GEO best practices.
- Regularly track and present results, and share data analysis and conclusions to support decision making on strategic/operational plans.
You Should Demonstrate
- Experience leveraging audience and market insights to develop marketing strategies and plans that are aligned with identified goals
- A strategist who has an analytical, curious, creative, and solution-oriented mindset and relies on metrics and data to inform, optimize and improve marketing and communications efforts
- A channel-savvy marketer with experience maximizing audience reach and engagement across a variety of different mediums including paid and organic
- A collaborator who builds strong partnerships across departments to achieve shared goals
- A strategic integrator who both sparks and brings together ideas, individuals and plans as a force multiplier
- A confident communicator with excellent active listening, writing and presentation skills
- A proactive, self-starter who is able to progress multiple priorities and projects simultaneously through direct engagement or the leadership of others (indirect and direct)
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of marketing and communication experience.
- Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Industry certifications a plus.
- A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
