About The Role
We are looking for an initiative-taking and experienced HSEC Administration Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring Iluka’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (HSEC) data management system is effectively maintained and accessible to users.
Reporting to the Group Health & Safety Manager, this Perth-based role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
The main responsibilities of this role includes:
System Maintenance and Support:
- Coordinate and maintain HSEC systems (Evotix, PowerBI, ChemAlert and Service Now)
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HSEC system-related matters
- Ensure the HSEC system remains up-to-date, version-controlled, and functional
- Provide guidance and training to Iluka employees and contractors
- Improve processes to enhance efficiency across sustainability areas
- Manage consultation processes related to document management within HSEC
- Manage HSEC system, serving as the SME within the organisation
- Offer internal advice to optimise system usage
- Provide safety, health, environmental, and community data as needed
- Generate regular sustainability reports, including monthly summaries and executive/board reports
- Assist the Group Health and Safety Manager in developing new reporting performance trends
- Maintain key spreadsheets for tracking and decision-making support
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in technology and computer-based programs
- Demonstrated experience of Evotix / PowerBI / ChemAlert and Service Now or similar systems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and systematic approach
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines working independently
