Facility Project Manager Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years project management experience in any combination of construction, operations, maintenance, and project planning in complex environments
- Bachelor’s degree related field and 3+ years relevant industry experience will be considered in lieu of 7+ years industry experience
- Familiar with Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, and Fire & Life Safety Systems, and applicable building codes
- Experience in comprehending plans, specifications, and equipment shop drawings
- Experience forecasting project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Experience communicating across a broad range of roles/teams
- Proficiency with one or more Project Management IT toolsets (ie: Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, ProCore, e-builder, etc.)
- 10+ years’ experience working in the Environmental, Health and Safety field
- Experience in critical environment projects
- Retrofit portfolio management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering or project management
- Proficiency with Maintenance Planning tools such as Hexagon, SAP, etc
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
- Proficiency in working with sourcing and contract resources is essential
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

$118,000/year to $170,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
