Marketing Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Lead to join a growing financial institution in Miami. This highly visible role will partner with executive and business leadership to drive marketing strategy, product positioning, digital engagement, customer growth, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and commercialization of financial products and services.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, customer segments, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive digital marketing across web, email, social media, content, SEO, and lead generation.
• Develop customer segmentation and engagement strategies to support acquisition and retention.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across customer channels.
• Leverage analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to measure campaign performance, customer acquisition, and ROI.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and business teams on strategic initiatives.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing and digital strategy experience.
• Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Strong background in product marketing, market analysis, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience with SEO, lead generation, email marketing, analytics, and customer segmentation.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data and market insights into business strategy.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or Portuguese required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
