YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Packet Core delivery, integration, or operations.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical leadership, upgrade management, or project delivery leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale telecom deployment and software upgrade projects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong Packet Core domain expertise.
• Proven experience leading Packet Core deployment and upgrade projects.
• Deep understanding of:
• Cloud Mobility Gateway (CMG)
• Cloud Mobility Manager (CMM)
• Network Repository Data (NRD)
• Packet Core Architecture
• Strong knowledge of:
• Software lifecycle management
• Upgrade methodologies
• System integration
• Acceptance testing
• Service migration
• High-availability telecom solutions
• Experience working with:
• Salesforce
• JIRA
• 4LS organizations
• R&D teams
• Strong risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience preparing:
• Upgrade Assessments
• RCA Reports
• MOPs
• HLDs/LLDs
• Project delivery documentation

• Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
• Cloud-native Packet Core solutions
• Nokia Cloud Platform technologies
• EPC and 5G Core networks
• Automation and orchestration tools
• Previous experience managing multinational delivery teams.
