Company Description Chance Air-Cond Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is a commercial HVAC company based in Puchong, Selangor, serving clients across the Klang Valley with installation, maintenance, and repair services. Since 2018, the company’s 25-person team has supported projects ranging from single sites to more than 100 branches of a major Malaysian bank, and is a registered Daikin dealer and Daikin Million Ringgit Sales Award recipient. The business is organised into small squads with transparent monthly P&L and profit sharing, inspired by Kazuo Inamori’s amoeba management, which supports accountability and long-term retention. Chance Air-Cond also develops Chance OS, an in-house operating system that streamlines job scheduling, documentation, and profit distribution across squads. Having proven this model internally, the company is now building the software layer for the wider contractor industry and expanding its founding team.Our two commercial websites (chance.com.my and ledtruck.my) are built on Next.js, not WordPress. This role owns their content, SEO and design in stages, trained directly by the founder.

Want to learn how real websites, SEO and AI tools grow a real business, trained directly by the founder?

We're Chance Air-Cond (CASS), a 25-person commercial HVAC company in Puchong. We run two live business websites, chance.com.my and ledtruck.my. They are built on Next.js, not WordPress. We're looking for someone to own their content and growth.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We'll teach you Git, SEO and our tools. You bring curiosity and carefulness.

What you'll do

Websites & marketing (about 75% of your week)

• Update service pages, project showcases, articles and images on two live websites
• Publish your changes through GitHub pull requests (we'll teach you)
• Track results in Google Search Console and GA4, and suggest new content based on the data
• Design posters, social posts and brochures in Canva or Figma, in English and BM
• Use ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini every day to work faster. You check everything before it goes live.

Business support (about 25%, 1–2 hours a day)

• Prepare quotations and invoices from templates for our installation team
• Reply quickly to online project enquiries and pass them to the right person
• Keep job records accurate in Chance OS, our in-house operating system

This part teaches you how a contracting business actually wins and delivers work. Most marketing roles never show you that.

Who we're looking for

✔ Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, Design, Computer Science or similar, or a portfolio that shows what you can do

✔ Good written English (BM is a plus)

✔ Careful with details. You check your work before sending it.

✔ Comfortable with AI tools

✔ Basic HTML/CSS is helpful

Nice to have: Next.js, Canva/Figma, GA4, Search Console, social media management

Not required: programming beyond HTML/CSS, HVAC knowledge, Google Ads
