  • Monitor list of products selling at offline stores and sync to online
  • Check prices, promotion to be synced with offline
  • Collaborate with design and offline team to upload online with product name, image, and product description
  • Update new packaging and new listing products
  • Manage content readiness on time in full
  • Serve as key contact for E-commerce content topic
  • Collaborates with internal teams to design 7OA to ensure it serves the objective of online selling but still complies with Global guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-function to deliver search optimized creation of content
  • Account for on time in full content readiness for deployment
  • Collaborate with KA team to deploy full content through portal with customers
  • Collaborate with cross-function team to deliver Perfect Store Online (PSO) with scorecard alignment
  • Always on optimize PSO score with cross-function
  • Be key PIC for Omni Perfect Store Online
  • Customize content using customer’s template when needed

Online Operation Assistant

  • Collaborate with Key Account Offline, Customer Omni team and company operation team to address OMNI on-site activities & in-store pick-pack-delivery
  • Collaborate to address issue of faulty products, leaking and incorrect barcode & follow-up online order & PO, delivery
  • Check & ensure the deployment of assortment, OLA, Promotion for assigned customers
  • Cooperate with customer to deploy for merchandising activities such as banner, search, homepage visibility, PWP deployment & other aligned on-site visibility with customer

Follow-up Online Commercial Scheme And Manage Company Documents

  • Raise promotion schemes & book deal with Finance team
  • Make end-to-end payment process to customer
  • Other paperwork task

Plan Out and Follow-up Online Gift Allocation & Stock of Campaigns

  • Plan-out, manage & follow-up gift of campaign period and ensure that gift will be allocated before campaign
  • Check inventory, promotion code of products
