Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Coordinator / Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing infrastructure implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.

Plan, monitor, and track project progress using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.

Coordinate with technical teams for infrastructure deployment involving compute, servers, networking, storage, backup, and database technologies.

Work closely with customers, vendors, contractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, project plans, risk registers, and status reports.

Conduct regular project review meetings and provide executive-level weekly and monthly project status updates.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and change requests.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organisational governance processes.

Support procurement activities and vendor management for global infrastructure projects.

Drive effective stakeholder communication and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead multiple workstreams across different locations while ensuring timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

6–8+ years of experience in IT Project Coordination or Project Management.

Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including:

Compute & Servers

Networking (LAN/WAN, Switches, Routers, Access Points, Gateways)

Storage

Backup

Language Requirements

Fluent Turkish and English (both written and spoken) are mandatory.
