Project Manager

FinX is looking for a seasoned Project Manager who has deep and broad experience in managing multi-stream programs in fast-paced agile environments, building products customers like.

As a Project Manager, you will be working on initiatives that are critically important for FinX success. You will be leading complex cross-functional programs to success, partnering with product managers, analysts, engineers and designers. You will also work closely with product and engineering leadership determining the vision and strategic direction of the programs you’re driving.

Responsibilities

• Support program delivery from scoping to completion, working closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining lean program management processes, governance, and reporting to support program goals and objectives.
• Track program timelines, milestones, and deliverables; identify potential risks and issues, and work with relevant teams to support timely resolution.
• Coordinate with team members to follow up on action items, monitor progress, and ensure accountability for assigned deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate cross-team communication, alignment, and effective delivery of program objectives.
• Prepare and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on program progress, risks, issues, and key decisions.
• Support the coordination and management of relationships with service providers and third-party vendors involved in program delivery.
• Assist in tracking program budgets, expenses, and other costs to ensure transparency and effective cost management.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and other materials to support program execution and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in technical project coordination, project management, or program delivery, preferably in a fast-paced Agile product organization.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and technical project delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and other business functions.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to organize tasks, track project progress, manage priorities, and follow up on deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex tasks into actionable steps.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve.
• Ability to remain organized and maintain a positive, proactive attitude when working under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and integrity in handling tasks and information.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
