Associate Digital Manager

Brancher.X Vietnam is looking for an Associate Digital Manager. This role suits someone who can connect business objectives with digital strategy, turn plans into effective media campaigns, and work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand client business and communication objectives, translate briefs into proposals, media plans, campaign strategies and recommendations based on client briefs.
• Lead the planning, execution and optimization of digital campaigns across relevant platforms, ensuring performance is aligned with agreed KPIs and business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and insights, identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, understand their needs, provide updates and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and professionally.
• Prepare and present campaign reports, performance analysis and recommendations to clients; turn data into clear business and communication insights.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets and project documentation, including quotations, contracts, POs and other relevant documents.
• Support and guide junior team members in campaign planning, execution, optimization and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Planning, Performance Marketing, Digital Account or a similar role within an agency environment.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, E-com, Programmatic DV360 and other Digital media platforms;
• Working directly with Meta, Google, TikTok and other publishers;
• Good knowledge and hands-on understanding of Performance Marketing, including campaign setup, optimization, performance tracking and data analysis.
• Good understanding of digital media planning and the ability to develop channel recommendations based on client objectives and campaign KPIs.
• Strong client servicing and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Good command of English is preferred.
