Manage and grow customer accounts within your assigned territory:US-West
US-West TerritoryStates:AK,AR,AZ, CA,CO,IA, IL, IN,ID,KS,LA,MN, MO,MT,ND, NE,NM,NV,OK,OR,SD,TX,WA, WY
Manage&maintainan accuratepipeline in Salesforce foraccuratemonthly/quarterly forecasting
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to customers
Lead and close complex sales opportunities directly
Collaborate with other Azenta product line teams to offer complete solutions
Proactivelyidentifyand develop new leads and business opportunities
Support and partner with distributor representatives to drive sales
Serve as a trusted resource for customers and distributors, sharing product and companyexpertise
What you will Bring…
Bachelor's Degreerequired (Biology or Life Sciences preferred)
2+Years relevant experience in account management selling to various stakeholders in a lab environment in a designated region/ territory. Bonus ifyou have software sales experience.
Proventrack recordin meeting/ exceeding sales goals
Experiencewith andknowledge of the sample storage and/or molecular biology market is desirable.
Demonstrates keen business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing client relationships
Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders of internal and external organizations
Knowledge andexpertiseof samplebiopreservation; Biobanking, cell cryopreservation, gene therapy, drug discovery is highly desirable
Must have valid driver’s license
Working Conditions/ Schedule
Home office based (Western US, as defined above)
Frequent business travel (up to25%)
Stablehome office setup that can support virtual meetings and demos
Compensation will include incentive target plus car allowance. Full benefits package plus 401k with corporate match.

United States Base Compensation: $84,000.00 - $101,000.00The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications), qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
