• Collaborate closely with a US-based Business Analyst and client stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
• Facilitate remote, client-facing discussions to gather business needs, clarify objectives, and document requirements.
• Elicit requirements through effective questioning, active listening, and stakeholder interviews.
• Transform loosely defined business requests into structured product specifications, including:
• Epics
• Features
• User Stories
• Acceptance Criteria
• Business Rules
• Partner with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification activities.
• Create and maintain product documentation using Specification-Driven Development practices.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and refinement activities.
• Review and validate delivered functionality against documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
