Level 2/3 IT Support (MSP)

Remote | Full-Time | US Hours | Independent Contractor

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join our client's growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, working across multiple client environments, and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent MSP experience (required)
• Experience supporting multiple clients in a managed services environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune
• Experience with PowerShell, Azure VMs, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and directory synchronization
• Familiarity with virtualization, VPNs, hardware firewalls, backup solutions, and networking technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Organized, process-driven, and able to perform well under pressure
• A collaborative team player with a passion for learning new technologies
