Email Marketing Specialist

We are an IT agency developing digital solutions for the travel industry. We are looking for an experienced email marketing specialist who can build a structured email communication system and improve the performance of our campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create email sequences for leads (welcome, nurturing, re-engagement).
• Develop and send regular company email campaigns.
• Set up automations and integrations via Zapier.
• Work with Mailchimp: segmentation, templates, triggers, campaigns.
• Monitor analytics: open rates, CTR, conversions, A/B tests.
• Optimize email communication workflows for the travel audience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
• Strong English skills (all communication and content in English).
• Proficiency in Mailchimp and setting up automations.
• Ability to create clear and engaging email sequences.
• Experience with Zapier integrations.
• Understanding of email analytics and performance metrics.
