This is an opportunity for a systems-minded problem solver to make a visible impact while partnering across Marketing, IT, Product, eCommerce and other areas of the business.

Position Summary

PrimeSource Building Products is seeking a MarTech Manager to connect and optimize the technology ecosystem supporting our marketing and digital customer experiences. This role will integrate platforms, automate workflows, support master-data initiatives and create scalable product syndication channels.

The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented problem solver who can translate business needs into connected platforms, reliable data flows and efficient processes while partnering with Marketing, IT, Product, eCommerce and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

MarTech Ecosystem and Integrations

  • Manage and optimize connections across marketing automation, CRM, PIM, DAM, syndication, website, eCommerce and analytics platforms.
  • Translate business needs into platform configurations, integration requirements and technical workflows.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to implement integrations, troubleshoot issues and maintain system documentation.

Workflow Automation

  • Build scalable automations using approved platforms, native connectors and low-code tools.
  • Test, monitor and improve workflows based on efficiency, adoption and data quality.

Master Data and Product Syndication

  • Represent Marketing’s needs within master-data governance and product-information initiatives.
  • Develop customer-specific syndication channels, attribute mappings, validation rules and digital-asset requirements.
  • Monitor data quality and channel readiness while reducing the time required to deliver customer-ready product content.

AI and Emerging Technology

  • Identify practical uses for AI in content enrichment, data validation, asset management and workflow automation.
  • Establish appropriate human review, approval and accountability within AI-enabled processes.
  • Evaluate emerging technology based on business value, scalability, security and integration requirements.

Governance and Enablement

  • Establish standards for platform ownership, access, testing, documentation and change management.
  • Create training and documentation that support adoption and consistent platform use.
  • Coordinate ownership, priorities and issue resolution across Marketing, IT, eCommerce and external partners.

Living the BluePrint

The MarTech Manager is expected to bring the PrimeSource BluePrint to life by acting with integrity, putting customers and people first, taking ownership of results and collaborating across teams. This role will challenge the status quo, pursue continuous improvement and use technology responsibly to create better, more efficient ways of working. The MarTech Manager will communicate openly, build trusted partnerships and help PrimeSource continue to build tomorrow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, business, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in MarTech, digital marketing operations, eCommerce systems, platform integration or workflow automation.
  • Experience managing connected marketing platforms and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data mapping, system integrations and low-code automation.
  • Strong project management, communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PIM, MDM, DAM, CRM, marketing automation, product syndication, eCommerce or analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, STIBO STEP, Salsify, Google Analytics or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturer, distributor or business with a complex product catalog.
  • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, XML, JavaScript, REST APIs or AI-enabled workflows.
