We are actively interviewing for the following job. If interested please apply now and we will reach out to schedule an interview.

About the Role:

We are a highly stable, well-known manufacturing leader in the electrical industry, specializing in essential infrastructure products. With a robust business serving both wholesale distribution and major retail partners, we are looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to join our Fort Worth headquarters.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will serve as our primary in-house marketing expert—a true "department of one." You will take the reins from a retiring 10-year veteran of the company who has built a fantastic foundation, and you will have the autonomy to bring fresh ideas and make the role your own. Because our leadership is heavily focused on driving sales, we need a proactive, meticulous "doer" who can manage external design agencies and collaborate seamlessly with our internal cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail & E-Commerce Merchandising: Manage our product presentation for major big-box retailers (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace). Ensure all product data, images, specifications, and application videos are perfectly aligned and optimized on retailer platforms.
  • Label & Packaging Project Management: Spearhead the communication and preparation process for our product packaging. As we transition our label printing in-house to optimize inventory, you will coordinate between our external design agency and internal purchasing/manufacturing teams to ensure flawless execution for thousands of SKUs.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO: Maintain and grow our massive social media following across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, while continuing to drive our strong SEO presence to ensure our products dominate search results.
  • Corporate Communications: Draft, polish, and distribute press releases (such as new plant openings or product launches), working closely with executive leadership to refine corporate messaging.
  • Events & Trade Shows: Manage marketing logistics, booth preparation, and registration for regional trade events. Travel minimally (once a year) to our primary industry conference to help present our annual "State of the Union" strategic messaging to partners.
  • Brand Management: Source and manage inventory for company promotional items, branded gear, and day-to-day marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or building materials industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce product data and digital content for major retail portals (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) is a major plus.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly in coordinating across internal departments and managing external vendors.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to polish executive drafts into professional corporate communications.
  • A stable, long-term mindset. We are looking for someone who wants to plant roots, grow with us, and build long-term campaigns.
  • Comfortable and happy working entirely on-site in a traditional corporate office environment.

Why Join Us?

We offer a highly stable, long-tenured corporate environment in an essential industry. The incumbent in this role is retiring after a decade of success and will be available for a comprehensive cross-training period to ensure your smooth transition. If you are looking for a long-term professional home where you can take ownership of a growing department, we want to hear from you!
