Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a QA Engineer in a SaaS environment (or equivalent internship experience involving hands-on test case creation).

• Test Case Design: Candidates must possess a proven ability to independently design test cases from requirement documents.

• Testing & Reporting: Hands-on experience with manual testing and structured bug reporting.

• Low-Code Platform: A critical requirement is understanding or having hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, specifically understanding how business rules and workflows are validated without traditional source code.

• Automation: Candidates must have working knowledge of at least one automation tool or a strong aptitude to learn it quickly.

• Communication: Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Certification & Methodology: ISTQB Foundation Level certification and Agile/Scrum experience are preferred.

• AI Tools: Candidates should demonstrate the use of AI tools to improve test coverage.

• UX Awareness: Candidates should possess UX awareness to articulate usability issues.
