Position: Drug Discovery Scientist
Type:Contract
Compensation:$60–$90/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:20–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic research problems for AI models in drug research. Ensure they require genuine reasoning, not pattern matching.
• Build a comprehensive data room using real, source-grounded data. Ensure every decisive value traces to a real source.
• Write a grading document that scores submissions based on substance. Focus on reasoning quality, not style or method.
• Validate and calibrate tasks before submission. Ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Revise tasks based on reviewer feedback. Maintain authority on scientific and difficulty questions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry.
• PhD or equivalent industry track record.
• Ability to pose defensible problems that strong solvers cannot shortcut.
• Comfortable judging reasoning quality.
