✍ Short Description:

The Marketing & RevOps Lead will lead the development and execution of marketing and revenue operations initiatives designed to generate measurable commercial results. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on HubSpot expertise, focusing on identifying growth opportunities, improving marketing and sales processes, strengthening the commercial funnel, and translating marketing initiatives into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. The ideal professional will bring strong industry knowledge, commercial thinking, initiative, and ownership to help drive the company’s next phase of marketing and commercial growth.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and revenue strategies aligned with commercial objectives, growth opportunities, and revenue targets.

• Own and optimize HubSpot as a core marketing and revenue operations platform, including CRM processes, workflows, automation, lead management, and reporting.

• Identify opportunities to generate demand, improve lead conversion, strengthen customer journeys, and accelerate pipeline progression.

• Partner closely with sales to improve lead management, follow-up processes, pipeline visibility, and marketing-to-sales alignment.

• Analyze marketing and commercial performance data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and guide strategic decisions.

• Design and implement new processes, automation, and scalable frameworks that improve marketing and revenue operations efficiency.

• Take ownership of new initiatives, testing and implementing ideas that can create measurable improvements in pipeline generation and revenue performance.

💡 Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, revenue operations, growth marketing, or a related commercial function, with responsibility for measurable business outcomes.

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management, workflows, automation, reporting, and marketing operations.

• Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies that contribute to lead generation, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, or revenue.

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes, including lead management, nurturing, funnel optimization, and marketing-to-sales alignment.

• Analytical approach with experience using marketing and CRM data to identify opportunities, measure performance, and optimize commercial initiatives.

• Experience designing or improving processes, systems, and automation to make marketing and revenue operations more scalable and effective.

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or a closely related industry is strongly preferred.
