Role

As a Marketing Assistant,

this will support the Marketing Team of the client in delivering engaging campaigns, content, and company initiatives. Working closely alongside the Marketing Executive and the Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day marketing activities, campaign planning, reporting, and event coordination.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced marketing environment while gaining hands-on experience across digital marketing within a large company.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Support: Assist the Marketing Executive with campaign planning, timelines, campaign packs, presentations, and market/competitor research.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate monthly reports and track campaign performance/metrics.
• Email Marketing: Design, build, schedule, and segment email campaigns; monitor performance.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Manage channel scheduling, audience engagement, and content creation (blogs, internal updates, case studies, publications, company news).
• Events & Internal Marketing: Help plan and promote initiatives like charity days, strategy sessions, and celebrations.
• Compliance:Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. 

Skills & Experience

• Experience/Education: 1+ years in digital marketing (B2B preferred) and/or a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Key Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, time management, creativity, detail orientation, teamwork, and analytics/reporting.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Software; confident with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Experience with Canva, Mailchimp (or similar email tools), and scheduling platforms is a plus.
