Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Delivery Discipline Lead to run the operational delivery of our Digital Delivery Function across a portfolio of projects. The role is accountable for delivering BIM, reality capture, data analytics and information management services on time, within budget and to the client's requirements.

Acting as senior operational point of contact for clients, the role manages client communication, delivery progress, reporting and issue resolution. Working closely with the European Digital Delivery Lead, escalating commercial, strategic and client relationship matters accordingly.

Operating within an ISO 19650-aligned framework, the role manages digital delivery scope, leads the delivery team, assures quality and compliance, and integrates reality capture and data analytics to deliver verified reporting.

What you will do:

• Ensure project requirements, deliverables and milestones are achieved consistently.
• Resolve delivery issues promptly, escalating relationship, commercial or strategic matters to the European Digital Delivery Lead.
• Act on client feedback to improve service delivery.
• Plan, programme and manage the digital delivery scope on each project, including deliverables, milestones, resources and budget.
• Mobilise and deliver projects in line with ISO 19650 standards, BEP, MIDP/TIDP, CDE governance and project information protocols.
• Monitor progress, costs and resources, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Manage scope and change control, securing approval for client-driven changes.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, including interfaces.
• Coordinate reality capture, BIM and data workflows to verify project progress and support 4D and 5D reporting.
• Produce client and internal reporting on progress, KPIs and delivery status.
• Lead and develop BIM Managers, Geospatial Managers, discipline leads and the wider delivery team, allocating resources to meet project commitments and priorities.
• Take ownership of discipline profitability, utilisation, project fees and commercial reporting.
• Maintain the function's standards, templates and workflows, feeding lessons learnt back to the European Digital Delivery Lead.
• Pilot new tools, automation and workflows that improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Support proposals with delivery methodology, programmes, estimates and resourcing plans.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 8 years' experience in digital delivery / BIM, including experience leading delivery across multiple projects.
• Proven project management experience: planning, programme, budget, resource, risk and change control.
• Strong senior client-facing experience, with strong communication and reporting skills.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across BIM, reality capture, data analytics and information management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, CDE governance and information delivery (MIDP / TIDP), with working knowledge of reality capture (laser scanning, photogrammetry, scan-to-BIM) and data analytics (e.g. Power BI).
• Degree (Level 8 or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, Geomatics, Construction or similar.
• Desirable: ISO 19650 certification (e.g. BSI), a project management qualification (e.g. PMP, APM or PRINCE2), 4D / 5D integration and earned-value methods.
• Full right to work in Ireland
