Social Media & Community Manager

Role Summary

Owns social media presence across all brand pages (Fina Capital, Fina ONE & Pay, Mowaridi) — from planning and content calendar to community engagement, paid social support, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar across all brand pages
• Coordinate with the business team each month to align social content with business priorities and upcoming plans
• Create and manage social media ads for awareness and engagement campaigns
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for all brand social pages
• Track and analyze competitor activity, producing regular competitive analysis reports
• Moderate and respond to comments and messages across all pages, maintaining brand tone and community engagement
• Attend and cover on-ground events (photos, videos, live posting) to ensure full social coverage
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices across social channels (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Coordinate with Design and Motion (Creative team) to ensure timely delivery of assets for scheduled and reactive content
• Flag emerging issues or negative sentiment early, escalating to Marketing/leadership when needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media for multiple brands/pages simultaneously
• Experience running paid social campaigns for awareness and engagement (not full performance/conversion campaigns, that sits with Media Buyers)
• Strong organizational skills to manage a content calendar aligned with business goals
• Comfortable with reporting and analytics tools (native platform insights, competitor tracking tools)
• Good community management instincts, tone, timing, and judgment in public responses

Willing and able to attend events on-ground, sometimes outside standard hours
