Project Manager

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workfront Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and can successfully manage projects from intake through completion. Based on the current business need, this contract is expected to run through the end of the year with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines and project objectives are met.
• Partner with creative, content, web, email, social, and production teams to align resources and project timelines.
• Facilitate project intake, planning, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, dependencies, and potential risks while recommending solutions to keep projects on track.
• Lead status meetings and provide visibility into project progress, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects follow established processes, workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes, project workflows, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably within a marketing, creative, or agency environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Understanding of digital, social, web, email, and print marketing channels.
• Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Basecamp, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus.
