**Position Title: Mid-Level Configuration Manager**

**Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO**

**Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time**

Description Of Duties

The **Mid-Level Configuration Manager **supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of artifacts and asset inventories to create and maintain accurate, as-built models and drawings for assigned area.
• Use Visio and other modeling tools to create and maintain as-built configuration drawings or models.
• Review and research Change Requests and other work vehicles to complete tasks using Remedy™ ticketing system.
• Consult with engineers to understand configuration changes to update all related drawings and artifacts.
• Update and maintain the Configuration Management System (CMDB).
• Write and update relevant CM documentation.
• Support CM auditing activities.

**Qualifications - External**

Basic Requirements

• Must have x, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
• May be reduced with completion of advanced education
• Must have 2, or more, years of directly related experience
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Desired Requirements

• Be proficient in Microsoft Visio
• Have experience using Remedy™ ticketing system
• Have a working knowledge of IT areas
• Have experience working with Configuration Management
• Have an ITIL certification
• Have experience with Model Based Engineering or a Modeling tool (such as Cameo)
• Technical knowledge of Networks, Systems, or Databases

This position is expected to pay $95,000 -- $110,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
