Senior Digital Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our creative team in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will create premium digital experiences and visual assets across fintech, trading, crypto, and financial campaigns, combining strong visual design with UI and web design.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Content, Motion, and other creative teams to turn business briefs into engaging, user-friendly, and brand-consistent digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design landing pages, websites, digital campaigns, banners, social media assets, EDMs, and online advertisements.
• Develop campaign key visuals and creative concepts that can be adapted across multiple digital channels and markets.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into clear, compelling visual solutions.
• Design responsive digital interfaces with strong attention to layout, typography, hierarchy, usability, and visual consistency.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Maintain and evolve digital design systems, templates, UI components, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Provide creative guidance and feedback to junior designers when required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital design, graphic design, UI design, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, web/UI, and visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, composition, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to independently develop creative solutions from a brief and maintain a premium, modern, and sophisticated visual standard.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, international or cross-functional environments.
• English proficiency is a must.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fintech, crypto, blockchain, trading, financial services, or Web3.
• Experience with design systems, UI component libraries, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of After Effects or motion design.
• Experience mentoring or providing feedback to junior designers.
