Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience.
- Four years of related experience in project coordination/administration.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Higher Education Administration, Planning, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in higher education administration, facilities planning, project management, institutional research, or operations management.
- Experience with space inventory systems, scheduling systems, GIS, facilities databases, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.
- Experience interacting with and supporting committees, governance groups, or executive leadership.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Coordinates project activities including project initiation, document sharing, work plan development, estimating, and project controls.
- Coordinates with vendors and others in the delivery and support for systems and services.
- Coordinates multiple work streams to ensure cross-project dependencies and impacts are identified and managed.
- Research, benchmark and tracks databases for assigned projects
- Writes reports and other related materials.
- Prepares presentations and meeting agendas.
- Host prospective executives including visit communication, travel and follow up.
- Arranges stakeholder interactions across campus.
- Assist leading up to and at events involving the division including but not limited to commencement, groundbreakings, building openings, etc.
