Senior Engineer Tech Lead Sitecore Content Hub
Experience
- 10-12 years overall IT experience
- 4 years handson experience with Sitecore Content Hub
- Strong experience across DAM PCM and MRM modules
- Experience in enterprise DAM implementations and AMS engagements
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and global teams
Key Responsibilities
- Content Hub Configuration Leadership
- Lead implementation and support of Sitecore Content Hub configurations
- Design and maintain metadata schemas taxonomies gateways and content structures
- Configure asset lifecycle workflows approval processes and governance controls
- Design and maintain portals security models and user access frameworks
- Support DAM governance and operating model improvements
- Solutioning Enhancements
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into Content Hub solutions
- Lead configuration design discussions and implementation reviews
- Drive continuous platform enhancements and optimisation initiatives
- Support estimation and technical planning activities
- Custom Development
- Develop and maintain custom React components within Sitecore Content Hub
- Extend Content Hub functionality using REST APIs webhooks and Connector Framework capabilities
- Collaborate with integration teams on endtoend business solutions
- Production Support
- Lead troubleshooting of Content Hub production issues
- Perform RCA and coordinate defect resolution activities
- Support platform releases upgrades and change management activities
