Job Description

  • Manage and optimize the company’s marketplace performance and digital marketing activities, with marketplace management as a key priority.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
  • Manage and oversee the company’s social media pages and digital presence.
  • Develop and monitor SEO strategies and analyze SEO performance.
  • Lead and manage the Content Team, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
  • Manage and coordinate the Performance Marketing Team and Designers to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Analyze digital marketing data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with different teams to achieve business and marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing, with strong experience in Digital Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial or team-lead role.
  • Strong experience in Marketplace Management is highly preferred and considered a priority.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Performance Marketing.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good command of English.
