About the Role
ASUS is looking for an E-commerce Account Manager to join our team and help strengthen our online business partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key e-commerce partners, coordinating online activities, monitoring business performance, and ensuring the successful execution of joint initiatives. You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance and other internal teams to support business objectives and deliver an excellent partner experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned e-commerce partners
- Coordinate online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
- Monitor product availability, pricing, assortment, and online visibility
- Analyze business performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations
- Ensure product information, content, and pricing are accurate across partner platforms
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure timely execution of business initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve online presence, operational efficiency, and partner performance
- Support commercial discussions and business planning with assigned partners
- Build long-term partnerships based on collaboration and mutual growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Account Management, Category Management or Business Development
- Experience working with online retailers or e-commerce marketplaces
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations and online retail environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
- Good English, both written and spoken, is required
Pay range and compensation package
