We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative Senior E-Commerce Product Operations & Readiness Manager to direct end-to-end product launches, digital shelf governance, and campaign execution across our direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will serve as the central PMO bringing together cross-functional teams—including Business, Marketing, Engineering, QA, Legal, and Global stakeholders—to ensure seamless product readiness, flawless Product Detail Page (PDP) execution, and continuous site optimization.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in e-commerce product lifecycle management (PIM/CMS), product roadmapping, process improvement, and data-driven site optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Top Core Competencies

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to align cross-functional and global teams (Engineering, Business, Marketing, Legal, QA) around shared timelines, launch readiness, and operational standards.
  • Process Improvement & Governance: Demonstrated success in establishing intake workflows, QA standards, and operational SLAs that eliminate defects, improve site quality, and streamline digital commerce execution.
  • Product Roadmapping & Readiness: Hands-on experience driving product launch roadmaps, managing dependencies, and overseeing the entire PDP lifecycle from SKU onboarding to post-launch validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Launch & Readiness Management (PMO)
  • Lead end-to-end product launch operations, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and launch readiness across cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the central PMO to align Business, Marketing, Engineering, QA, Legal, and Global stakeholders to ensure all launch requirements are met on time.
  • Drive launch readiness reviews, proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and coordinate resolution to maintain go-live schedules.
  • Validate that product, digital content, pricing, promotional offers, inventory, and site requirements are launch-ready.
  • Coordinate post-launch validation and issue resolution to protect customer experience and drive immediate launch success.
  • Product & PDP Lifecycle Management
  • Own the end-to-end product and PDP lifecycle, including SKU onboarding, PIM setup, PDP creation, ongoing maintenance, and End-of-Life (EOL) management.
  • Partner with Business, MX, and D2C teams to ensure product data, attributes, specifications, and digital media are complete and accurate.
  • Monitor and resolve post-launch PDP and content issues, driving continuous improvements to product discoverability and digital shelf quality.
  • Campaign & Site Experience Execution
  • Lead operational execution of global and local campaigns, managing content localization and campaign setup.
  • Translate global campaign strategies into locally relevant digital experiences while adhering to global brand standards and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, legal approvals, and stakeholder sign-offs, performing pre- and post-launch QA to verify functionality and content accuracy.
  • Site Operations, Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish operational workflows, governance frameworks, intake processes, approval gates, QA standards, and SLAs to scale digital commerce operations.
  • Maintain operational trackers and reporting to provide executive visibility into launch readiness, site changes, and overall performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce defect rates, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Analytics & Digital Experience Optimization
  • Analyze site traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate data and customer behavior insights into actionable recommendations for merchandising, site experience, and process enhancements.
  • Partner with Analytics, Marketing, and Product teams to run A/B tests and implement continuous improvement initiatives post-launch.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, or a related technical/business field.
