VISTA Website Coordinator

Founded in 1992, CarePoint Response, Inc. is a nonprofit behavioral health services organization based in Baltimore City. Primarily serving low-income communities in Baltimore and across Maryland, CPR provides call center services, mobile crisis response, residential treatment, case management, EMS/LE diversion, and community outreach. CPR’s mission is to provide timely and effective community-based services in the least restrictive environment. In recent years, CPR has significantly expanded its services, workforce, and geographic reach to serve more communities and individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. This growth has created a need for enhanced digital infrastructure to ensure individuals—especially those in underserved and low-income communities—can easily access critical information and services. The VISTA Website Coordinator will build organizational capacity and long-term sustainability by strengthening CPR’s digital presence and online accessibility. This position will focus on improving website functionality, accessibility, and content to ensure that community members can easily find and engage with behavioral health resources. The VISTA will also help establish systems and tools for sustainable website management, ensuring that CPR can maintain and expand its digital outreach over time. By improving access to information and services, this role will support CPR’s ability to reach and serve individuals experiencing poverty more effectively.

Member Duties : The VISTA Website Coordinator will strengthen CPR’s digital infrastructure to expand access to behavioral health services and resources. The VISTA will improve website accessibility, usability, navigation, and content; support community engagement; and collaborate with staff to maintain an effective digital presence. The VISTA will also create tools and documentation to support sustainable website management. CPR seeks applicants with at least 1 year of relevant experience and a high school diploma. Preferred qualifications include 2–5 years of experience and some college education, preferably a bachelor’s degree or higher. Desired skills include communication, organization, attention to detail, professionalism, teamwork, writing and editing, and experience or interest in website management, digital communications, or technology.
