Ecommerce Coordinator

Want to learn how a major online retailer really runs? This is a true entry level role with real ownership from day one and a front row seat to ecommerce across Australia and New Zealand.

You'll sit alongside our Ecommerce Operations Manager, getting hands on with Shopify, website trading, product launches, promotions, stock and reporting. No commercial ecommerce experience needed - just the drive to pick it up fast.

What You'll Do

• Update and merchandise our AU and NZ websites
• Load products, imagery and content
• Build and test promotions in Shopify
• Run daily site checks and flag issues before customers find them
• Support stock, availability and ecommerce reporting
• Test website updates and new features
• Learn how sales, conversion, AOV and online trading actually work

What We're Looking For

Maybe you're a recent grad, maybe you're just getting started in ecommerce. Either way, you're:

• Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
• Quick to pick up new systems
• Confident in spreadsheets
• Genuinely curious about ecommerce and retail
• Reliable, and happy to take feedback and run with it
• Hungry to learn and grow

We'll teach you the technical skills and hand over more responsibility as fast as you can take it.
