Technical Project Manager

This position is all about driving diverse digital transformation projects to success, through well-defined project management processes.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

In Lighthouse, the Project Manager serves the needs of his/her client throughout the length of an engagement, and acts as a liaison among the internal departments to gather and communicate all relevant facts needed to deliver on the clients’ needs. He/she is responsible for understanding the technical aspect of a client's requirements and reviewing all major milestone deliverables prior to client submission.

CORE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will work closely with your assigned clients to identify their needs and provide technical solutions that incorporate appropriate Lighthouse digital products and services. You will work closely with peers from Product Development, UX and other disciplines to support the vision and strategy established by Account Leadership and Product Leadership as well as flawlessly execute your projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities require a strong client service orientation, superb project and campaign management skills, technical analysis skills, persistence to detail, and a proven ability to solve problems.

Important Note: This position requires solid knowledge of internet technologies, web tools, systems integrations and digital platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

• MUST HAVE: Analytical thinking, precision, consistency, common sense
• Technical background (worked as a developer/engineer/technical consultant in the past is a plus)
• Demonstrated knowledge of the digital project / software product development cycle
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, and familiarity with e-commerce or other digital platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Greek (professional fluency in English is a must)
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Strong client-service orientation and proven team player
• Flexible to evolving responsibilities and changes
• BA or equivalent experience required
