Opportunity
Olyra is a modern food company rooted in Ancient Greek heritage, specializing in delicious, balanced, and 100% organic breakfast products. Inspired by Aristotle’s belief in balance, Olyra’s products feature lower sugar, higher fiber, and no artificial flavors. By combining wholesome ingredients with craveworthy taste in convenient formats, Olyra aims to bring balance back to breakfast for today’s consumers.
Role Summary
Olyra is hiring an Ecommerce Manager to provide hands-on support across our two core digital sales channels: Amazon Marketplace and DTC (Shopify). This is an execution-focused role for someone early in their ecommerce career who wants to build broad, cross-channel skills working alongside experienced marketplace and DTC leads. You'll report to the Director of Ecommerce, who sets channel strategy and priorities, while you own the day-to-day tasks that keep both channels running smoothly — from listing updates and campaign execution to reporting and inventory coordination.
Amazon Marketplace Support
- Support day-to-day management of our Amazon Seller Central account, including listings, order issues, and account health monitoring
- Assist with execution and monitoring of Amazon PPC campaigns (using tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, and Scale Insights) under the direction of the Director of Ecommerce
- Help optimize product listings (titles, keywords, descriptions) and maintain A+ Content and our Amazon Brand Store
- Support inventory forecasting and shipment coordination to help maintain optimal stock levels
- Track and compile Amazon performance metrics (sales, ad spend, ROI) into regular reports
- Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support and internal teams to help resolve operational issues
- Provide support as Olyra expands to additional marketplaces (e.g., Walmart.com)
DTC (Shopify) Support
- Support execution of paid social (Meta), Google, and email marketing campaigns (Customer Segmentation, Automated Flows, etc.)
- Assist in monitoring Shopify and Google Analytics (GA4) to track traffic, conversion, and site performance
- Help maintain site merchandising — updating product pages and promotions in line with the marketing content calendar
- Support testing of new channels (e.g., TikTok Shop) as directed by the Director of Ecommerce
- Work with Operations to help monitor product inventory across DTC and marketplace channels, flagging stock issues
- Other Online Marketplaces
- Manage performance of PPC campaigns on other digital marketplaces, including but not limited to Instacart, Whole Foods on Amazon, Sams.com, Walmart.com, etc.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing; exposure to Amazon Seller Central and/or Shopify is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks across two channels at once
- Proactive and resourceful, with an entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with a U.S.-based team
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
What Olyra Offers
- Competitive compensation and medical benefits package
- Generous PTO policy
- Hands-on exposure to both Amazon Marketplace and DTC ecommerce, with mentorship from the Director of Ecommerce
- A ground-floor seat at a high-growth startup backed by Bimbo Ventures
- Hybrid flexibility
- The chance to help build a purpose-driven, family-founded brand disrupting the $180B natural/organic food market
