This is a role with a hyper growth DTC brand in the home goods space. They have been recognised as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US. With their main focus through DTC and Amazon, they already have a loyal national customer base.

The business is scaling quickly and building out its eCommerce leadership.

The Role

The Director of eCommerce will play a central part in the brand's next stage of growth. It's a hands-on, build-focused position rather than one about keeping things ticking over. The ideal person knows Shopify inside out, has a track record of lifting conversion and order value, and spots commercial opportunities before others do. You'll be measured on results, not activity.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Shopify (main focus)

• Owning the end-to-end site experience and customer journey.
• Driving up conversion, AOV and attach rate through bundles, upsells and cross-sells.
• Leading a structured CRO and testing programme, with particular attention to mobile and checkout.
• Planning and executing promotions quickly and accurately.

Amazon

• Strengthening listings, search visibility and catalogue structure.
• Tracking channel profitability and contribution margin closely.
• Finding room to scale without eroding margin, while keeping the account in good health.

Retention

• Overseeing email and SMS performance to grow LTV and repeat purchase.
• Making sure CRM campaigns line up with paid media plans and stock levels.
• Holding the retention team to clear revenue targets.

Performance

• Owning core metrics including conversion rate, AOV, ROAS and contribution margin.
• Leading weekly performance reviews, finding what's holding growth back, and fixing it.

What You'll Bring

• Deep Shopify expertise.
• A proven record of scaling a DTC brand.
• Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
• Klaviyo or HubSpot for SMS/Email Marketing
