Job Title: Web Producer (Drupal Specialist)

Location: Heredia, Costa Rica (Candidate can work remotely)

Duration: 3 month

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Web Producer to join our digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining high-quality web pages and digital experiences. Working at the intersection of content, design, and technology, you will use your hands-on experience with the Drupal CMS to publish engaging web content, structure pages, and ensure our digital platforms run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Page Creation & Content Management: Build, format, and launch web pages, landing pages, and digital assets using Drupal, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and UX best practices.

• Drupal Administration & Site Building: Leverage Drupal core features, contributed modules, layout builders, and content types to structure and update site architecture via the CMS interface.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers, copywriters, digital marketers, and developers to translate wireframes and content briefs into functional, polished web pages.

• Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct rigorous QA checks across multiple browsers and devices to ensure responsive design compliance, broken link fixes, and flawless user experiences.

• SEO & Performance Optimization: Optimize page load speeds, metadata, image assets, and URL structures to maximize search engine visibility and site performance.

• Governance & Maintenance: Maintain content inventories, manage user permissions, and perform routine audits to keep web content accurate, secure, and up-to-date.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience building and managing web pages within the Drupal CMS (Drupal 9/10 experience preferred).

• Technical Skills:

o Solid understanding of Drupal site-building concepts (content types, taxonomies, views, blocks, and layout builders).

o Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; ability to make minor style adjustments or troubleshoot visual layout bugs.

o Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.

• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple publishing requests, coordinate stakeholder feedback, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and an eye for meticulous detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Basic familiarity with version control systems (like Git) or component-based content systems (e.g., Paragraphs).

• Experience working within Agile or sprint-based project management workflows.
