Senior Azure & Endpoint Infrastructure Engineer GSC- IT (m/w/d)

These Are Your Tasks

• Analysis, design and conception of modern physical and cloud infrastructures based mainly on Microsoft Azure/Entra/Intune and MECM for end devices.
• Monitoring, optimization and administration and ensure consistent, virtual/physical deployment environments including their interdependencies.
• Automate, optimize and versioning of Microsoft Intune configurations using Configuration as Code (CaC, Azure Power Shell Runbooks).
• Implementation of CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions to automatically validate, test and deploy changes to target tenant
• Creation and implementation of compliance policies and security standards (Cis/Stig).
• Processing and evaluation of complex incidents and user requests as well as coordination of supplier support.
• Process-compliant control of change and release management.
• Implementation of new requests, coordination with customers, coordination of acceptance tests and transfer to production.
• Creation of concepts and manuals as well as detailed hands-on documentation.

Who We Are Looking For

• University degree with an IT connection or have successfully completed training as an IT specialist with additional training as a technician and many years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of project and professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of the design, conception and administration of deployment environments under Microsoft Azure/Entra/Intune and MECM including OS deployment and task sequence management.
• Experienced handling of Power Shell, PSADT, Python, IntuneCD, GitHub and PatchMyPC, Log- and Windows-Analytics, includ. Token-Handling and App-Registrations.
• Ability to work independently with the ability to work autonomously and independently in a team..
• Distinctive team player qualities and high service orientation.
• Flexibility, high level of motivation and strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills and very good English skills round off your profile.
