[full remote] Server-Side Engineer (Core Systems)

Join a leading company in the content provider industry! We're seeking a talented server-side engineer to contribute to the development of our core systems. In this role, you'll be responsible for enhancing and maintaining key services, including content and user data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain core backend systems.
• Improve existing systems, addressing technical debt and ensuring scalability.
• Conduct technical research and choose the best tools for problem-solving.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in server-side development.
• Proficiency in Java and Golang.
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to collaborate with a team in an Agile environment.
• Fluent in English and business Japanese is a great plus (JLPT N2 or equivalent).

Preferred:

• Experience in core system development, microservices, and application architecture.
• Familiarity with modern development tools like Git, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
