Mid-Level Software Developer - Berkshire
Hybrid 1- 2 days a week | £50,000 -£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re working with an innovative technology business within the financial services industry.
They’re looking for a Mid-Level Software Developer to join their team, working across product development, R&D and the continued evolution of their platform.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and maintain full-stack TypeScript/JavaScript applications
- Work with Node.js, React, MongoDB and Redis
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerised environments
- Work with AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools
- Review AI-generated code for security, performance and quality
- Work closely with product and business stakeholders
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment
What we’re looking for
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript experience
- Full-stack development experience with React
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git and build systems
- Experience with automated testing and software quality
- Comfortable working with AI development tooling
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
