Full Stack Engineer

Our client is a well-established private sector organisation with a strong presence in the Western Australian market. Due to continued growth and ongoing investment in their internal technology platforms, they are looking to appoint a Full Stack Developer to join their collaborative and highly capable development team.

This role is ideally suited to a mid-level developer who enjoys working across both backend and frontend technologies and is looking to further develop their skills within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Your New Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and supporting a range of business-critical applications. Working alongside experienced developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders, you will contribute to the delivery of new features, system improvements, and integration projects across the organisation's technology landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining applications using C#, .NET, and related Microsoft technologies
• Building and enhancing web-based front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Supporting the development, customisation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services
• Working with SQL Server databases, including query optimisation and data management
• Troubleshooting, testing, and resolving application issues
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to development best practices
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
• Supporting system integrations between Dynamics and other business applications

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful, you'll bring:

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience
• Experience developing applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, or related Microsoft business applications
• Strong SQL Server and database development skills
• Experience developing and consuming APIs
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team environment

Highly regarded experience includes:

• Exposure to Azure cloud services
• Power Platform experience, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience within enterprise or multi-site environments
