Are you an infrastructure specialist who understands that cloud isn't always public cloud?

Do you have hands-on experience with private cloud, virtualisation, Software-Defined Data Centres and automation — and want to work on complex environments where reliability, security and scalability really matter?

We’re looking for experienced Hybrid Cloud / Private Cloud Engineers to join a world-class IT company and work with some of Norway’s leading private- and public-sector organisations.

You’ll help design, build, automate and operate modern private and hybrid cloud platforms in environments where security, availability and performance are critical.

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with one or more private cloud platforms, such as:
• VMware Cloud Foundation
• Microsoft Azure Local
• Oracle OCI
• Nutanix
• Strong technical understanding of virtualised infrastructure, including compute, storage and networking
• Experience with Software-Defined Data Centre technologies
• Strong automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) capabilities
• Fluent Norwegian, both written and spoken
• Norwegian citizenship and the ability to obtain the required security clearance

Experience that would be valuable (but not essential):

• Hybrid cloud integration using Azure Arc
• Full-stack open-source cloud platforms such as OpenStack or Apache CloudStack
• Architecture and design of private and hybrid cloud platforms
• Air-gapped private cloud environments in highly regulated environments
• Multi-tenant and multi-customer platforms
• Geo-redundancy, high availability and disaster recovery
• Storage and backup technologies including HPE, Dell, NetApp, Commvault, Veeam or Rubrik
• Kubernetes in private cloud environments
• Private AI solutions and NVIDIA technologies
• Automation using Terraform or Ansible
• Relevant industry certifications
