• Senior-level professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI operations, automation, engineering, research, or a related field.
• C1 English level or higher
• Demonstrated experience building AI systems and AI agents.

Projects

The AI Operations & Growth Lead will build AI systems, automate workflows, improve client delivery and grow accounts. This role combines hands-on AI building, operational ownership and commercial judgment. You’ll identify bottlenecks, prioritize using KPIs, manage delivery commitments and own solutions from problem to measurable result. We’re looking for an AI builder with a business mindset, especially someone with a computer, mathematical, industrial or process engineering background. PhDs and strong research backgrounds are welcome. Startup experience, systems thinking, clear client communication and resourcefulness under pressure are important. Around 3–5 years of relevant experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. Remote | English required for US-client work.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and improve AI systems, agents, and workflow automations that address operational needs.
• Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements that increase efficiency, quality, or throughput.
• Own client delivery, service-level expectations, issue resolution, and ongoing communication with US clients.
• Track KPIs, evaluate impact, and prioritize initiatives based on measurable business outcomes.
• Identify account growth opportunities and contribute to commercially sound recommendations.
• Establish feedback loops and continuously iterate on AI systems and operational processes.
