Digital Information & Systems Lead (Grade 5)

We're looking for a Digital Information & Systems Lead to join our Business Improvement team and play a key role in Dalkia Engineering's ongoing digital transformation programme. You'll lead the implementation, governance, training and continuous improvement of our Common Data Environment (CDE) and wider digital delivery platforms, working closely with our Business Improvement, Quality and Technical teams and senior stakeholders across the UK.

You will lead our Information Management department , Regional Information Management Leads, Senior Information Managers, Information Managers and Trainee Information Managers, ensuring projects across the business are properly resourced, supported and managed in line with our information management and business processes. As Dalkia Engineering continues to evolve its digital delivery capabilities, there will be real opportunity to shape and grow our wider digital solutions and information management strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the implementation, governance and continuous improvement of Dalkia Engineering's Common Data Environment (CDE) and digital delivery platforms
• Develop, implement and maintain information management workflows, standards and processes in accordance with ISO 19650
• Support the rollout and adoption of digital tools across the business, ensuring consistent use and best practice
• Create and deliver training materials, workshops and user guidance to support digital capability development
• Lead project onboarding activities, ensuring projects are correctly configured and aligned with company information management requirements
• Undertake compliance audits and assurance reviews to verify adherence to information management processes, procedures and standards
• Manage and maintain the Information Management System (IMS) and Project Delivery System (PDS) documentation, including revision control and document governance
• Coordinate change control workflows for policies, procedures, templates and other controlled business documents
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive digital transformation, process improvement and organisational change
• Monitor and report on the performance, adoption and effectiveness of digital information management systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Provide support and guidance to project teams on information management, CDE use and digital delivery requirements
• Lead and develop the wider Information Management department, including Regional Information Management Leads, Senior Information Managers, Information Managers and Trainee Information Managers

• Demonstrable experience in information management and digital delivery within the construction or engineering industry
• A strong understanding of ISO 19650 and Common Data Environments
• Experience implementing digital systems, developing information management processes, leading teams and supporting organisational change
• Experience of platforms such as Procore, Trimble, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Asite, Dalux or similar would be advantageous
• A relevant qualification in Information Management, BIM, Digital Construction, Engineering, IT or a related discipline (HNC/HND, degree or equivalent professional experience)
• Relevant professional membership or certification in BIM, Information Management or digital construction would be advantageous, though not essential
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, comfortable working with senior leaders across the business
• Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a multi-level team
