WMS Analyst / Manager

Location: Parsippany, NJ – Onsite

Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Interview: Video + In-Person

Background Check: Required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• This is a HANDS ON technical role, the word MANAGER is regarding managing/owning the WMS system.
• WMS Preference is SOFTEON but we can send folks with Manhattan or other WMS experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting WMS, TMS, ERP logistics modules, or supply-chain applications.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation management, order fulfillment, inventory movement, shipping, receiving, and distribution.
• Experience with system configuration, production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, developing functional specifications, and supporting testing/UAT.
• Ability to work with logistics operations, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ.

Preferred Qualifications

• Softeon / Softeon WMS experience – strongly preferred.
• Shipwell or Gnosis experience.
• Manhattan WMS / Manhattan Associates.
• Blue Yonder WMS.
• HighJump / Körber WMS.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or another major ERP platform.
• Knowledge of EDI transactions, carrier interfaces, 3PL integrations, barcode/RF processes, and shipping compliance.
• Experience with WMS/TMS integrations, APIs, reporting, and operational data flows.
• Experience supporting multi-site warehouse/logistics operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-regional or offshore teams.
• Knowledge of logistics dashboards, KPIs, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

The main priority is hands-on WMS experience. Softeon is preferred, but strong candidates with Manhattan, Blue Yonder, HighJump/Körber, or other enterprise WMS platforms are welcome.

We are looking for candidates who have worked with the system itself — configuration, production support, troubleshooting, integrations, requirements, testing, and enhancements — rather than candidates with only warehouse operations experience.
